Veterans and their family members are invited to attend.\n \nWHEN: Thursday\, Oct. 17\, from 3 to 7 p.m.WHERE: Chubbuck City Hall\, Multipurpose room\, 290 E. Linden Avenue\n \nRepresentatives who will be in attendance:\n• East Idaho Vet Center• Idaho Division of Veterans Services• Idaho Department of Labor• VR&E• TRIO• Veteran Student Services Center at ISU• Vocational Rehab State of Idaho• Small Business Development Center• Veterans Entrepreneurship Alliance (VEA)• Testimony by Nick Carson\, American Built Clothing\, a locally owned\, veteran ran business\n \nThe representatives will provide focus sessions and presentations throughout the event.\n \n3 – 4 p.m. Readjustment: Therapeutic Treatment and Understanding VA Benefits during Transitional Periods of Life\n4 – 5 p.m. Education: Vocational Rehabilitation of Idaho\, TRIO Programs\, and Idaho State University Veteran Student Services Center\n5 – 6 p.m. Employment: Emphasis on Disabled Veterans and the challenges and services available that are impairments to employment\n6 – 7 p.m. Entrepreneurship: The Small Business Development Center will be available to discuss available resources and schedule one-on-one appointments to help you develop a winning business plan.
