WHO WE ARE:
Welcome to the Court Assistance Office for the Sixth District of Idaho. Court Assistance helps provide resources, court forms, document review, and legal resources for people who want to represent themselves in civil court, or who are unable to afford an attorney. When possible, the first priority of a Court Assistance Office is to help connect individuals representing themselves in court with a lawyer. Court Assistance Officers cannot provide legal advice, but we can explain the legal process, what to expect in court, and the risks & responsibilities of representing yourself in court. |

Need Help With Scanning & Sending Your Forms To The Court Assistance Officer? |
| 1: Download Forms, Fill Them Out Electronically, & Email Them Back For Review: If you have a access to a computer and a PDF program such as Adobe, you can request fillable forms from the Court Assistance Office. Once downloaded you would fill the forms out on a computer, save them, and simply email them back to me. |
| 2: Print The Forms, Fill Them Out By Hand, Scan Them, & Email Them Back For Review: Once you have printed and filled out your forms by hand, you would then scan them in (please see the list of scanning resources below), and email them back to me for review. |
| 3: Print The Forms, Fill Them Out By Hand, Setup An Appointment With Me For Review: In-Person Appointments are limited as we are a remote office. However, reach out to me (see contact info above) and I am happy to setup a time to meet with you. Bannock County Appointments are made every Wednesday. |
