The Bannock County Coroner’s Office, in cooperation with Idaho State Police, has confirmed the identity of the deceased following the two-vehicle crash that occurred southbound on Interstate 15 at milepost 89 near Blackfoot on Friday, August 8, 2025.
Deceased: Nancy Northman (female), 81, of Brocket, Alberta, Canada
Next of kin has been notified.
The incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
“My heart goes out to Nancy’s family and friends during this difficult time,” said Coroner Torey Danner.
