What to Expect:
Survey Results: We will kick off the meeting by sharing the findings from our recent countywide public survey, highlighting your neighbors’ specific interests and concerns.
Expert Presentations: Learn about the current landscape of modern nuclear capabilities—including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), microreactors, and manufacturing opportunities. Speakers will address safety protocols, regulatory frameworks, state and federal legislation, and the actual economic impacts felt by other communities hosting nuclear infrastructure.
