2023 Children’s Mental Health Awareness Month – Family Wellness Wiggle

Join us, the Region 6 Behavioral Health Board and Children’s Mental Sub-Committee, for the 3rd Annual “Family Wellness Wiggle,” a free event to run, walk, ride, float or “wiggle” in whatever way helps your wellness.
This event is for all abilities and ages. There will be a variety of friendly, movement-based competitions, including: a low-key race around the complex, hula hoop and headstand contests, and other activities.
The first 100 to register can receive a free T-Shirt and a few more will be available first come first serve. You must be present to receive a t-shirt. Sizes cannot be guaranteed.
