Sale of Bannock County Real Property
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of the Board of Bannock County Commissioners, and under the provisions of Section 31-808 of the Idaho Code, that the Sheriff of Bannock County will offer the following described real property for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, or lawful money of the United States. The Board of Bannock County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The following described property will be offered for sale on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in room 212 of the Bannock County Courthouse at 624 E. Center Street in the City of Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho. BANNOCK COUNTY DOES NOT GUARANTEE CLEAR TITLE when a County Deed is issued to successful bidder. ANY PROPERTY MAY HAVE LIENS OR ENCUMBRANCES. All sales transactions must be completed by the successful bidder as of 5:00 p.m. on November 7, 2023, or sale is void.
